Is this subject tuition?
No. Revision Reset NI teaches revision organisation, effective learning methods, examination-question practice and routines. It can support GCSE, AS and A2 students, but it does not replace subject teaching or individual subject tuition.
Will it guarantee higher grades?
No grade outcome can be guaranteed. The programme is designed to help students use their time more effectively, practise more deliberately and recover from missed or unproductive days.
Is it only for GCSE pupils?
No. The site and programme are positioned for GCSE and A Level students. GCSE pupils may need more parent structure, while AS and A2 students may need more independent planning, examination practice and workload management.
What if my teenager is reluctant to attend?
Some reluctance is normal, especially when revision has become stressful at home. The programme works best when a student is willing to try the sessions and complete small weekly actions.
Is the programme suitable for pupils with ADHD or additional needs?
It may be helpful for students who struggle with organisation, task initiation or consistency, but it is not diagnosis or treatment. Parents should get in touch to discuss whether the format is likely to be suitable.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions are not routinely recorded. Any recording would need clear consent, a safeguarding reason and appropriate handling of pupil information.
How much parent involvement is expected?
Parents attend the opening webinar, receive weekly guidance and join the final planning session. A Level students may take more ownership, but parent support can still help with structure and calm accountability.
What technology is required?
Students need a reliable internet connection, a device suitable for a live video session and a quiet place to take part. A notebook or digital document for planning is also useful.
What happens if a session is missed?
The missed-session policy will be confirmed before payment opens. The programme includes a recovery-plan approach so students can reset after disrupted weeks.
How are pupil data and safeguarding handled?
Registration and communication are parent-controlled where appropriate. The site collects minimal information, avoids sensitive pupil free text and keeps safeguarding procedures separate from marketing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Draft cancellation terms are provided on the terms page. Final payment, cancellation and missed-session wording must be confirmed before launch.
